| October 2005 saw the arrival of Erw-Wastad
Rachel who we bought directly from her breeders. We are very
privelaged to have such a well breed and true to type mare at our
stud and thank Aled Rees for allowing us to purchase her. Her sire, Nebo Bouncer needs no introduction and her dam, Rhyd-ddu Rhosyn, is also a supreme champion in her own right and has produced many prize winning stock, Rachel's full sister has won First at Lampeter Stallion Show and her full brother Erw-Wastad Rhys has also been successfully shown and his wins include; the Royal Welsh, Lampeter stallion show (twice), and 14 first prizes (out of 17 shows) as a stallion. Rhys was placed overall section C champion at the 2006 Lampeter Stallion Show! |

On the 1st of April 2006 we
welcomed Eskvalley The Weather Prophet into this world. His dam
Synod Miss Poppet has proven to be a fantastic mother and Findlay,
as he is known as, has thrived. Born a lovely dun colour, at 6
months old he is now definitely grey! May, June and July 2006,
Durris Candlelight, Crabbiesden Cantie Fier and Erw-Wastad Rachel
have all been covered by Brysmith Silver Spirit, none have shown to
have returned into season. He is a prize winning stallion, not just
inhand but also under saddle and we look forward to the foals in
2007, he really stamps his stock. |
